Aloft Charlotte Airport

I loved the excellent customer service the knowledge, kindness and genuine caring Jeff, Jada and Dikea bestowed upon me. I am forever greatful and this is my new home away from home! What professionalism I have not experienced that in along time!! Thank you to all the staff at this Awesome hotel!! Loved my stay from beginning to end ❣️

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bartender was amazing, and so was the hotel driver. We checked in pretty late and they made sure we were able to get food and a drink at the bar.

This was my first stay in an Aloft hotel and I loved the design, furnishings, room layout, and shared spaces. There is a great space outside with numerous tables, chairs, outdoor tv, pool, and small dog park.The area around the hotel is beautiful with a new residential area and many sidewalks to walk to Starbucks, Panara Bread, and other restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The room was spacious and didn't feel or look like a hotel room. Rather, very upscale and contemporary bedroom.

Very clean. The room was small, but apparently, that is what Aloft is supposed to be; like a loft. Bed was wonderful, as was the pillow. There is only 1 restaurant I saw, but Uber to downtown was $16.

The evening/night staff were very friendly and kind! They made the stay feel very pleasant and welcoming!
