The facility was conveniently located, there was ample parking. Hotel was clean overall.

I loved the excellent customer service the knowledge, kindness and genuine caring Jeff, Jada and Dikea bestowed upon me. I am forever greatful and this is my new home away from home! What professionalism I have not experienced that in along time!! Thank you to all the staff at this Awesome hotel!! Loved my stay from beginning to end ❣️

Staying at any Aloft is always a memorable experience. This property's location was ideal, as it was just 15 minutes from downtown and Carowinds, and 10 minutes from the airport. Panera Bread, Starbucks, and Chipotle are all within easy walking distance. The check-in/check-out process was simple, and the staff was quite helpful. You can truly turn it into a mini vacation!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bartender was amazing, and so was the hotel driver. We checked in pretty late and they made sure we were able to get food and a drink at the bar.

Nice and modern, features that makes the stay less stressful as a guest. Fast and straight to the point while checking in and out.

This was my first stay in an Aloft hotel and I loved the design, furnishings, room layout, and shared spaces. There is a great space outside with numerous tables, chairs, outdoor tv, pool, and small dog park.The area around the hotel is beautiful with a new residential area and many sidewalks to walk to Starbucks, Panara Bread, and other restaurants. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! The room was spacious and didn't feel or look like a hotel room. Rather, very upscale and contemporary bedroom.

Beautiful, modern, and trendy decor. Unique and spacious rooms, lobby, and lounge. Large fire pit by the pool. Courteous and friendly staff who allowed me to check in 3 hours early. Comfortable bed and bedding. Quiet and peaceful. Nice, newer developed area.

Very clean. The room was small, but apparently, that is what Aloft is supposed to be; like a loft. Bed was wonderful, as was the pillow. There is only 1 restaurant I saw, but Uber to downtown was $16.

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The bed was great, the accessibility to outlets and technology was great. Loved it.
